How do you know when it is time to get support?
People have many different motivations for coming to mental health counseling. Some may be going through a major life transition (unemployment, divorce, new job, etc.), or are not handling stressful circumstances well. Some people need assistance managing a range of other issues such as low self-worth, depression, anxiety, addictions, relationship problems, spiritual conflicts and creative blocks. Mental health counseling can help provide some much needed encouragement and help with skills to get them through these periods. Others may be at a point where they are ready to learn more about themselves or want to be more effective with their goals in life. In short, people seeking counseling and therapy are ready to meet the challenges in their lives and make changes.
Which payment methods do you accept?
ACCEPTED PAYMENT
Cash, check, and debit/credit cards are accepted for payment.
CANCELLATION POLICY
We understand that unexpected things can occur and offer cancellation up to 24hrs prior to your appointment without charge. Providing notice if you need to cancel, allows others who are waiting for treatment to receive care. Fees apply for cancellations less than 24 hours. Payment must be paid prior to scheduling additional appointments.
Where can I see which insurance plans are accepted?
Courage Health & Wellness works in-network with many insurance companies and will help guide you through your insurance concerns. Contact us, and your insurance carrier for information regarding your coverage and payment options.

How do I arrange a consultation regarding mental health counseling?
