CANCELLATION POLICY
We understand that unexpected things can occur and offer cancellation up to 24hrs prior to your appointment without charge. Providing notice if you need to cancel, allows others who are waiting for treatment to receive care. Fees apply for cancellations less than 24 hours.
Courage Health & Wellness works in-network with many insurance companies and will help guide you through your insurance concerns. Contact us, and your insurance carrier for information regarding your coverage and payment options.

Unfortunately, Active Duty Soldiers are only able to schedule an appointment for themselves through Military One Source. They may, however, come in with their spouse or child for family counseling when that individual uses their Tricare benefits
